1. Processing and Shipping Times

•  Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and shipped.

•  Shipping Times: Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped. These are estimates provided by our carriers and do not include processing time:

•  Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days within Canada.

•  Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days within Canada.

•  International Shipping: 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

•  Business days exclude weekends and major holidays (e.g., Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year’s Day).

We aim for on-time delivery but cannot guarantee exact arrival dates due to factors like carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods (e.g., holidays). If your order is delayed, we’ll notify you via email.

2. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. Rates may vary by carrier (e.g., Canada Post, Purolator, USPS, UPS, FedEx).

•  International Rates: Calculated based on destination; duties, taxes, and fees may be the responsibility of the recipient upon arrival. Please inquire further into the regulations in your region for clarification.
