Tight binding, clear and crisp paging with no markings, writing, or soiling. One lightly bumped corner. Book would otherwise be graded fine. Jacket is completely intact. Show moderate edgewear at top from poor storage. There is a 1" inch closed tear on top back edge, a 1/4" closed tear at back corner, and a 1" closed tear at front bottom. Creased front flap.
